Johan Oosthuizen
General Manager: Windmill
Johan joined Sun International in 2007 as Assistant Financial Manager at Windmill. He was promoted to Financial Manager in 2012, before being appointed Acting General Manager at Windmill in June 2018.
Background
Johan completed his articles in 2002, whereafter he joined the Auditor General as Assistant Manager for two and a half years. He was appointed Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers during 2005, before moving to Sun International in 2007, where he oversaw the finances of Windmill Sun, Naledi Sun and the third-party owned Windmill Lodge.
He is well known for his professionalism and thorough work ethic.
Johan is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and holds a certificate in Advanced Auditing and a Magister Commercii (Taxation) Master’s Degree.
