Themba was previously employed at the National Gambling Board as the Chief Compliance Officer. During 2007 and 2013, Themba served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the National Gambling Board in the absence of various Chief Executive Officer's.
Themba's prior work experience includes his involvement in the opening of Emnotweni Casino, Secretariat of the Gambling Regulators Africa Forum ("GRAF"); his co-development of the Gambling Bill and Regulations; member of the Sibaya Casino re-testing team.
Themba's qualifications consist of a BCom with Honours, a PDip in Management Studies and an Executive Development Programme.
