Mechanics

Draws will be done electronically through Incenti5.
Guests will have a chance to pick their prize of the promotional wall.
Ticket issuing will open on the day of the draw at 09h00 on every draw date and close 15 minutes prior the 1^st draws at 20h00.

Guests must print a verification stub for each draw on the day.
Guests must present themselves to the auditors with a valid picture identification (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn electronically after the 2 minutes, and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.
A guest can win only once at a specific draw night.
Guests will receive the prize revealed from the promotional display.
Should the guest select any prize on the display, that number and cash prize total will be removed before the next draw can take place.
The Surplus amount in Cash value of the prize pool of R20,000 that has not been won, will carry over to the final draw date on per month adding the amounts to the existing R20,000 with 8 draws on the evening.

Rules

Guests needs to play tables & Slots to qualify for entries into a bin. 2 Casino points allow 1 entry for weekly draws & 5 Casino Points for month end draws.
Tickets can be Printed on the draw dates from 09h00 – 19h45
Participants need to play Tables & Slots to earn Points as means of ticket entry 1 Ticket will qualify a participant for 1 entry in the draws to win a share of R20,000 in cash per draw night. Tickets will be printed via Incenti5.

Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
Participants earn points by playing or tables whilst using MVG loyalty cards.
Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of positive and acceptable form of identification. (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered; participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
