Mechanics

  • Weekly Draws will be done electronically through Incenti5.
  • Prize Draws will be done manually via Incenti5, and tickets will be limited to max of 20 per guest.
  • Guests playing on Sundays during the promotional period will earn double points.
  • Ticket issuing will open on the day of the draw and close 15 mins prior to the start of the first draw.
  • Guests must print a verification stub for each individual draw.
  • Guests must present themselves to the auditors with a valid picture identification (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  • If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn electronically by promotions executive after the 2 minutes, and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.
  • A guest can win only once at a specific draw night excluding prize draw dates 28 June & 26 July 2026
  • On Prize Draw Dates (28 June & 26 July 2026), the 17h00 draw will be done using envelope reveal or prize boxes to reveal prizes won.
  • Guests who have been active for the past 3 months preceding the first draw date of each month will receive free tickets into the first weeks draw for each month.
  • Free tickets will be issued based on the table below:
    • Silver - 1 entries
    • Gold - 2 entries
    • Platinum - 3 entries
    • Diamond - 4 entries

Rules

  • No person under 18 allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  • Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  • This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  • Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using MVG loyalty cards.
  • Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  • Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  • Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
  • Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of positive and acceptable form of identification. (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  • Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  • In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
  • Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  • All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
  • Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  • Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  • The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
