The Union Castle Club in the Salon Privé operates 24 hours a day for hotel guests and Diamond and Platinum MVGs only.

In addition to cereal and toast, you can select a fry up with eggs done four ways, sausages, and homemade haddock fish cakes with mushroom, potato rosti, grilled tomato and even fries on the side.
