MVG Conferencing Terms & Conditions

  1. Discounts offered to Sun MVG members (“Members”) are applicable to conference venue hire only on a without commission basis. Specifically, hotel accommodation linked to the conference is excluded. Furthermore, MVG discounts do not apply to profit-generating events. 
  2. Members shall not be entitled to Tier Credits or MVG loyalty points resultant from the conference venue hire.
  3. Third party booking agents with a commission structure shall not be entitled to loyalty programme benefits.
  1. Conference venue hire is subject to availability and standard deposit requirements. Block out dates are not negotiable.
  2. Members must disclose their membership details upfront when requesting a quotation.
  3. The discounted offer will be valid for seven (7) days.
  4. Only food and beverage that are catered by the conference venue(s), or any other authorised third-party by management, may be provided to delegates attending the conference. 
  5. Discounts are non-transferable to any other person (incl. another Member).
  6. Members acknowledge that the MVG loyalty program benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the management without prior notice.
  7. Any abuse or misuse of loyalty programme benefits may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
  8. Sun International reserves the right to amend or terminate the loyalty programme without prior notice.
  9. Government bookings excluded.
  10. Participation in the loyalty programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
