  • Vouchers for the Sassy Seniors offer may be purchased at the Cash Desk at a cost of R85.

  • A plated breakfast will be served at the Sibaya Spur / Sibaya Thava Restaurant.

Rules

  1. No person under 55 is allowed to participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Offer exclusive to MVG members 55 years and older only.
  5. Breakfast vouchers are available for purchase at Cash Desk only.
  6. Guests purchasing this voucher must produce either a valid SA ID book/ valid RSA driver’s license /valid passport and a MVG card at the Main Cash Desk.
  7. This offer is limited to one plated breakfast per eligible MVG member per promotion day.
  8. If a guest is not eligible for the Sassy seniors offer, they will have to pay the full breakfast price as stipulated by the Sibaya Spur or Sibaya Thava Restaurant.
  9. Non MVG members need to sign – up to the MVG loyalty program to purchase offer.
  10. Breakfast vouchers to be redeemed at either Sibaya Spur or Sibaya Thava Restaurant only.
  11. Voucher issue to close at 11h00 on Wednesday.
  12. Both Sibaya Spur and Sibaya Thava Restaurant do not accept bookings, seating on first come, first served basis.
  13. Only original vouchers will be accepted for redemption of this offer.
  14. Breakfast vouchers must be presented at the Sibaya Spur or Sibaya Thava Restaurant in order to claim the Sassy Seniors breakfast.
  15. Lost Breakfast vouchers will not be replaced or compensated.
  16. Offers are subject to availability.
  17. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
