Participation in Wednesday Bingo automatically qualifies players for one (1) free ticket, valid strictly for Friday Bingo.

Mechanics

  • Buy in prize will be R100 for 4 tickets and R30 for 1 ticket for each session.
  • Participation in Wednesday Bingo automatically qualifies players for one (1) free ticket, valid strictly for Friday Bingo.

  • Tickets will be sold from 15h00 on Wednesdays until 30 minutes before the session.

  • Guests purchase tickets using cashless buy in process through the station at Vibes entrance. ·
  • Bingo will be activated every Wednesday - Each bingo session will have a Jackpot prize of R25K (base value) + 20% of buy in - A consolation prize of 50% buy in will be paid out if the jackpot is not won. - 30% of buy ins will go towards the jackpot base value
  • Participants must record 9 different numbers between 0 and 36 in the blocks provided (on the entry ticket) prior to the game starting. Once you have recorded your 9 numbers, kindly hand in the bottom copy to promotions co-ordinators
  • Bottom copies must be handed in before the first ball is spun to qualify
  • It is the participants responsibility to cross off the numbers as they are spun and announced
  • It is the participants responsibility to shout out “BINGO-R” once the card is completed. 
  • Guests must then go to promotions co-ordinators to be verified
  • Participants must get all 9 numbers within the first called 18 spins to win the guaranteed jackpot for that session.
  • In the event of 2 or more players shouting “BINGO-R” after a particular spin, the prize money will be split equally 
  • If the jackpot is not won in the first 18 spins, the jackpot prize will fall away, and participants will continue to play for the consolation prize in the next 10 spins. 
  • If after 28 spins nobody has shouted “BINGO-R”, the total prize money will be carried forward to the next event
  • If the jackpot is not won on Wednesday, it will carry over to the next Friday.
  • If the jackpot is won on Wednesday, base value will start at R25 000 on the next Friday.
  • Tickets are not transferable
  • The ticket is valid only on the date stipulated.  If the ticket is not used on the stipulated date, the right to use it later is forfeited
  • Only one ticket will be verified should one MVG member have multiple winning tickets
  • Participants are responsible for keeping their tickets safe – lost tickets will lead to guests forfeiting the opportunity to play
  • Management’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

Rules

  1. Tickets are only valid for the date of issue and are treated as cash therefore Sun City Casino will not replace lost or misplaced tickets
  2. Promotion participation is only through purchasing a valid ticket corresponding to each session
  3. The starting and ending times for sessions will be announced on the Gaming floor and will be advertised through mediums used within the casino
  4. Tickets will be sold at Vibes entrance at stipulated times
  5. Guests to purchase tickets using cashless buy in process through the station at Vibes entrance
  6. Guests to load cash into their MVG cards and swipe at the provided station to purchase a bingo booklet
  7. Ticket sale times for each session will be communicated through mediums on the casino floor and participants will not be assisted outside communicated times
  8. Only the Bingo call on the last number called will be valid and no late calls will be considered
  9. Only one ticket will be verified should one MVG member have multiple winning tickets
  10. If a player has a winning number combination, it is up to the player to stop play before the next number is called by shouting “Bingo-R" loud enough for the verifiers to hear. It is important to know that “Bingo” must be claimed on the most recent number called. If the caller has already announced the next number, it is too late to call Bingo therefore the win will not be honoured or be eligible for a prize. Likewise, as soon as the caller closes the game and drops the balls for the next game, any missed “Bingo” calls become invalid
  11. A 30 second timer will be implemented to give guests time to make their way to the promotional area and stop play before the next number is called
  12. Guests to physically hand in the bottom copies of the bingo roulette booklet to the promotions team
  13. No verification of a win will take place without the bottom copy. Bottom copies must be handed in before the first ball is spun to qualify. It is the guest’s responsibility to cross off the numbers as they are spun and announced. No bottom copies will be accepted after the first number has been called out
  14. It is compulsory to hand in the bottom copy, if no copy is handed to the Promotions team before the games start, the winning guest will be disqualified. The Bingo game will however continue until all numbers are called out or if there is a winner
  15. All prizes will be paid after the Promotion Coordinator has verified the ticket
  16. A Valid form of identification and MVG card and ticket is required to claim the prize and any alterations on the ticket will be void
  17. Any person deviating from the promotion rules will be disqualified
  18. If any rules are found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect
  19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
  20. Every participant in this promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
  22. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered in to
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
  24. Sun City Casino Management reserves the right to exclude any player based on Management discretion, non-compliant patrons will be disqualified, and no monies will be refunded
