Graham was appointed as independent non-executive director of the board with effect from 6 October 2017.
Graham, who is a qualified chartered accountant by profession, previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Nedbank Group Limited and has over 35 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry in South Africa and internationally. Graham is a director on the boards of Imperial Holdings Limited, Telkom SA SOC Limited and AECI Limited and as Chairman of Long4life Limited.
