The board of directors of Sun International Limited is responsible for providing strategic direction, effective oversight and sound corporate governance in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
The Board oversees the group’s long‑term strategy, performance, risk management and sustainability, while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and the principles of good governance. In fulfilling its role, the Board is supported by a range of formally constituted committees and works closely with executive management, while retaining independent judgement and accountability.

The Code of Ethics sets out the standards of conduct expected of directors, employees and business partners, reinforcing integrity, responsible decision‑making and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The PAIA Manual supports transparency by outlining how access to information is managed in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, reflecting the group’s commitment to openness, good governance and responsible corporate citizenship.
