Sun International’s shares are listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), with a secondary listing on A2X Markets. The group has a broad and diversified shareholder base that includes South African and international institutional investors, together with individual shareholders. No single shareholder holds a controlling interest in the group.
A portion of the share register is held through nominees and custodians, which is standard practice for listed companies and reflects underlying beneficial ownership.
